AHW Studio began as a family business at Sydney’s Rocks Markets, built on a simple idea — design should mean something, not just look good. We’ve always been drawn to jewellery with character: pieces rooted in ideas, made with intent, and built to last. What started as a small market stall grew into a workshop and then a brand, but the focus never changed — creating jewellery people genuinely connect with through craft, not trends.

When will I receive my order?
We aim to ship your order within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may take a little longer—please check the product page for specific lead times. For more detailed shipping times, feel free to contact us directly!
Are your pieces made to order or kept in stock?
Many of our designs are handcrafted to order, ensuring you get a unique, one-of-a-kind piece. If a design is in stock, it will ship out faster—custom pieces may take a little longer, but it’s worth the wait!
What materials do you work with?
We use high-quality precious metals, including solid 9k, 14k, and 18k Yellow, Rose, and White Gold, as well as Sterling Silver, Platinum, & Stainless Steel. Every piece is carefully crafted to ensure durability and beauty.
How should I care for my piece?
To keep your jewellery in the best condition, we recommend removing it during heavy physical activities, as well as cleaning it regularly with a soft cloth. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, lotions, or perfumes, as these can affect the finish.
What is your warranty policy?
All our jewellery comes with a Lifetime Warranty, handcrafted for superior quality and built to last. If anything goes wrong, we’ve got you covered.
What if my ring doesn't fit?
We offer a complimentary resizing service, anytime! Simply email us at ask@ahwstudio.com, and we’ll take care of it for you.
Can I make changes to my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they’re placed, so changes or cancellations must be made within 8 hours of purchase. After this time, it may not be possible to make alterations, but feel free to contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I wear my jewellery in the shower?
Our rings are made of solid Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Unless specifically mentioned, most of our jewellery is waterproof. We do recommend removing any jewellery when swimming to avoid loss.
Do you offer bespoke jewellery services?
Yes! We offer bespoke jewellery design services where we work with you to create a piece that’s entirely unique. Whether it’s an engagement ring, a special gift, or a one-off creation, we’re here to bring your vision to life.

The ring is beautiful and it fits perfectly. However it took a week longer to make my order than it was supposed to. Then my order had shipping issues. It all in all was about 2 weeks late.
Absolutely love the ring. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are even better in person. The stone has a beautiful depth to it, and the detailing around the face and long the sides gives the ring so much character without making it feel overly flashy.

This ring is subtle and stylish. I wear it as a place holder when I don’t want to wear flashy jewellery. Dealing with AHW is easy and reliable. I think the prices are reasonable.
AHW was great to work with after ordering, as I needed a half-size adjustment to 12.5. The ring is good quality and the spinner is fun. It would be great if it could be wound in the same manner some cuff links with small movements can be wound. The motion needed to get the wheel spinning is not terribly natural with it on a finger, so it needs to be taken off in order to best experience the spinning. I’d recommend a small winding movement.
